As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Full-Time in North Hollywood, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol the auto auction location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with clients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto auction location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual circumstances to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain order at the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while upholding Allied Universal standards.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as directed by site procedures.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
