Residential Security Officer – Luxury Apartment Community
San Fernando Valley, CA
Join a rapidly growing security company specializing in high‑end residential communities. We are seeking reliable, professional Security Officers for a luxury apartment complex in the San Fernando Valley.
Role OverviewThis position is focused on residential protection, visibility, and resident interaction. Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment through consistent patrols, reporting, and professional presence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct hourly patrols inside and outside the residential complex
- Scan patrol tags at designated checkpoints
- Monitor property conditions and report irregularities
- Complete daily activity reports
- Prepare detailed incident reports when required
- Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests
- Maintain a calm, professional presence at all times
- Minimum 1 year of security experience
- Residential or customer service background preferred
- Ability to work holidays and flexible schedules
- Strong communication and report‑writing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Competitive starting pay: $18–$19 per hour
