Mini Med is seeking a Sr. Physical Security Supervisor to oversee 24/7 security operations at our Northridge campus. You will supervise contracted guards, manage access control, and coordinate with Facilities, HR, and site leadership to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors.
You will lead incident response, monitor CCTV and alarms, and coordinate with law enforcement, EMS, and internal teams. On-site event security and reporting are also included.
