Security Guard (Armed / Unarmed) — Los Angeles, CA Job OverviewECP GUARD & PATROL, INC. is hiring BSIS-licensed Security Guards (Armed & Unarmed) across Los Angeles County, California. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by patrolling premises, controlling access and preventing unauthorized activities.
Responsibilities- Patrol assigned California sites regularly (foot / mobile).
- Control access points and verify visitors.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents and emergencies.
- Prepare accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports.
- Observe and report suspicious behavior in compliance with California law.
- Provide courteous customer service to clients and visitors.
- Armed positions: current BSIS firearm permit & Power-to-Arrest.
- High school diploma / equivalent.
- Strong observation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand / walk for extended periods.
- Clean background; must pass drug screening.
- Ongoing professional training & certification support.
