Experienced Security Supervisor responsible for overseeing swing-shift security operations across Los Angeles County, supervising field personnel, monitoring punctuality and performance, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability. Serves as a key liaison between security officers and management while promoting integrity, teamwork, discipline, and exceptional service.

• $21–$25/hr— competitive pay based on experience

• Reports To:
  
  Operations Manager

• Start:
  
  Immediate opening

• Communicate company policies and procedures to all subordinates

• Conduct uniform, equipment, punctuality, and performance inspections

• Conduct daily visits to client locations using the company vehicle

• Assist scheduling by filling open shifts — respondimmediatelyand coordinate coverage

• Assist upper management with investigations

• Lead training scenarios and situational exercises for guards

• Construct route plans and patrol plans for the field

• Assist with timesheets and verify patrol checkpoint completion

• Report to and communicate directly with the Operations Manager

• Maintain discipline, professionalism, respect, and responsibility at all times

• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

• Valid California Guard Card(required)

• California Driver License with clean driving record(required)

• Must be 21 years or older

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check

• Able to lift 15–20 lbs. and stand for entirety of shift

• Must be bilingual— English/Spanish

• Demonstrated leadership— able to lead, mentor, and manage working relationships up and down the org

• Strong communication, surveillance, and reporting skills

• Team-building mindset— you build up your team, not just manage them

• Computer literate— comfortable with email, data entry, Google Sheets, digital patrol apps, uploading photos, and basic troubleshooting

• Supervising:at least 1year(required)

• Armed Security / Patrol:1 year (required)

• Customer Service: 2years—preferred

• Military background:3 years —preferred

• Education:
  
  High school or equivalent required;
  
  Associates degree —preferred

• Duty belt

• Handcuffs with holder
