As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points and alarm systems, and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with professionalism.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the commercial property, including common areas, building entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
