Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Security Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will provide a welcoming, professional presence, assist visitors and employees, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor alarm panels, and respond to security-related concerns with clear communication and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and access authorization, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the designated front desk area; report irregularities or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Communicate professionally with building personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while documenting daily activities, incidents, and relevant observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
