About the Role- Independently troubleshoot and repair EV chargers (L2 & DCFC)
- Lead preventive/corrective maintenance with minimal supervision
- Mentor junior technicians and provide on-site guidance
- Perform firmware/software updates and advanced diagnostics
- Conduct detailed inspections and complete technical reports
- Partner with Certified Electricians on projects requiring licensed electrical work
Compensation: $22–$36/hr (DOE), plus benefits (health insurance, PTO, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, PPE & tools provided).
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in EVSE, telecom, or power electronics
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and networking systems
- Ability to work independently and lead jobs on-site
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
