We are hiring a Temporary Multi‑Site Service Technician to work in the Legacy South Cluster consisting of seven communities in the San Fernando Valley with a total of 128 units. The role requires traveling between Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, and Studio City.

Pay – $24.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience related to the role.

• Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, exterior, and common areas—including plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pools.
• Utilize the assigned tool set provided by IMT.
• Prepare apartments for new residents quickly and in accordance with IMT standards.
• Perform daily maintenance of property grounds to ensure curb appeal for residents, prospective residents, and guests.
• Complete additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager.

• Residential property management, hotel, or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Hands‑on maintenance skills in plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools, etc.
• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and develop your skills.
• Superior customer service and verbal communication skills.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification (plus) and CPO (plus).
• Willingness to learn and use technologies such as Outlook and Suite Spot.
• Availability for on‑call rotation with other technicians to address emergencies.
• Active and valid driver license.
