Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing water softeners, heaters, and filtration systems. Additionally, you'll handle tasks such as assembling pipes, cleaning water supplies, managing tools, and ensuring job sites are kept clean. You'll assist with complex jobs and take on smaller tasks independently.

The ideal candidate will have access to a reliable work truck for transporting equipment such as water heaters, softeners, and filtration systems. A clean driving record is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate and identify plumbing leaks.
• Repair or replace pipes and plumbing components.
• Assess and select the appropriate tools and equipment for each job.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for clients.
• Work with the lead plumber to ensure compliance with all plumbing codes (federal, state, and local).
• Clean and tidy the job site upon completion of work.
• Address and respond to client questions and concerns.
• Follow the lead plumber's instructions and orders for job tasks.

Requirements:

• A couple of years of relevant plumbing experience.
• Must have a personal work truck, hand tools, and a hand torch.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational training in plumbing may be advantageous.
• Willingness to learn on the job and undergo training to eventually earn a plumbing qualification.
• Proficient in using basic plumbing tools.
• Good math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift
