Our primary service area is Southern California; however, we work throughout the West Coast and including California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada.

Position Description

JT Wimsatt is looking for motivated Carpenters to join our team. Whether you are an experienced journeyman or a 1st period apprentice, or anything in-between, consider joining a great team working on high-profile projects in the Los Angeles area. As a JT Wimsatt Carpenter, you will:

• Perform within scope of work on some of the most exciting structural concrete jobs in Los Angeles
• Work with an established crew of Journeymen, Foreman, and Superintendents
• Receive continued training and guidance from industry experts
• And much more!

Position Requirements

• Current Southwest Carpenters union member in good standing, OR
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen/physical
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States upon an offer of employment and/or hired
• At least 18 years old
• Must provide your own tools, subject to union requirements
