Position OverviewThe Maintenance Technician position is full-time at Mission Gateway, a 300-unit building, located in North Hills, Los Angeles, CA 91343. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex within all areas related to the day‑to‑day maintenance operations of the community, and will also assist with porter duties as needed.

Our portfolio includes multifamily housing for families, seniors, special needs, single room occupancy, mixed‑use as well as business parks, and commercial properties.
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician
- Conduct corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance in units and on the property
- Experience in, but not limited to, electrical, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Possession of a valid California driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
- Computer skills for viewing and completing work orders
- Specialized certifications, such as HVAC, are desirable.
- $24.00 Hourly
