We are looking for a seasoned Foreman Electrician to lead projects and guide teams through commercial electrical installations and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and is committed to professional excellence and safety.

• Supervise and lead electrical teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
• Plan, implement, and oversee electrical installations from start to finish.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety standards.
• Manage project logistics, including materials, tools, and schedules.
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen, providing training and development opportunities.
• Coordinate with other construction professionals and departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and project reports.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a supervisory role in electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and team-building abilities.
