Mobile Building Engineer

* ABM is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer (MIT) to support multiple client sites through 100% travel. This role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operations across diverse environments.

** Pay: $

The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Schedule:

Day Shift, 35 hours.

** RESPONSIBILITIES*
* - Travel 100% between assigned buildings to perform maintenance and repairs

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

- Respond to emergency service calls and on-call requests

- Complete inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safe building operations

- Document all work orders and PMs using CMMS

- Coordinate with vendors and communicate with site contacts

- Follow ABM safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

** QUALIFICATIONS*
* - Experience as a Mobile Building Engineer, Building Engineer, or Maintenance Technician

- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Ability to work independently across multiple locations

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 100%

- Strong time management and customer service skills

- EPA 608 and OSHA certifications preferred
