Exterior Siding Installer​/Carpenters

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Hardie Siding Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with James Hardie fiber cement products and a solid understanding of exterior cladding systems. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.

• Install James Hardie siding and trim according to manufacturer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints or work orders
• Prepare worksite by setting up scaffolding, removing old siding, and ensuring proper surface preparation
• Use tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and levels with precision
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and clients when necessary

• 2+ years of experience with Hardie siding installation preferred
• Strong knowledge of tools and materials used in siding applications
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on roofs or scaffolding
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
