Roofer - Residential and Commercial
We are a reputable construction company based in Los Angeles seeking to hire a skilled Roofer for residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the roofing industry and will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining various types of roofs including shingle, tile, and flat roofs.
Responsibilities- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action
- Install new roofs or repair existing ones according to specifications
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific roof dimensions
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a roofer in residential and commercial settings
- Knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license
Salary: $1000/month
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday-Friday
