Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid Plumber role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and virtual consultations. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, and related equipment in residential and commercial properties. The Plumber will diagnose issues, perform routine and emergency maintenance, and ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards.
The role also involves coordinating with team members, providing clear explanations to customers, and completing accurate service records and reports.
- Strong skills in Plumbing and Pipe installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance of plumbing and heating systems.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication and professional interaction with clients.
- Valid plumbing license or certification in applicable jurisdiction; familiarity with local building and safety codes.
- Ability to use plumbing tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments safely and effectively.
- Reliable transportation to job sites within the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and willingness to work on-site as required.
- Physical ability to perform job tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces, with adherence to safety practices.
- Previous experience in HVAC or heating systems service (AC, boilers, furnaces, water heaters) is a plus.
