We are hiring Fiber Splicers at all levels, from experienced technicians to entry-level candidates ready to train and build a career in fiber optics.
Candidates with experience in fiber splicing, structured cabling, fiber testing, ISP integration, or data center infrastructure are encouraged to apply. Trade school graduates and military veterans with technical backgrounds are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Training is available for qualified entry-level candidates.
What You'll Do- Perform fiber preparation, fusion splicing, termination, and installation.
- Install, route, dress, and label fiber optic cable and jumpers.
- Build and maintain splice cases, enclosures, panels, and fiber infrastructure.
- Follow splice plans, fiber assignments, engineering prints, and customer standards.
- Test fiber using OTDRs, optical power meters, light sources, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot fiber faults, high-loss events, damaged fibers, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate splice records, test results, labeling, and project documentation.
- Complete installations according to customer quality and safety standards.
- Fiber splicing, structured cabling, ISP, telecommunications, or data center experience preferred.
- Experience with ribbon fiber, mass fusion splicing, or high-count fiber is a strong plus.
- Entry-level candidates must have strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to travel and work nights, weekends, overtime, or extended shifts when projects require.
