Preferred Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects across Southern California. This boots-on-the-ground role focuses on quality workmanship and strong accountability, reporting to the Lead Superintendent and coordinating with crews and the production office.
You will inspect work, conduct pre-walks and final walkthroughs, and keep projects moving while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.
