AD Air Conditioning is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead and expand our service division. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial HVAC solutions throughout Southern California and are seeking a leader who can help elevate our service department to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Grow the Service DepartmentManage day-to-day HVAC service operations while driving revenue growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Build a High-Performing TeamRecruit, mentor, and develop service technicians, dispatchers, and support staff while creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
Drive Sales & Customer RetentionIdentify opportunities for maintenance agreements, system replacements, and service growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
Oversee Operations & PerformanceMonitor KPIs, technician performance, scheduling efficiency, and departmental profitability to ensure operational success.
Deliver Exceptional Customer ExperienceEnsure every customer receives professional, timely, and high-quality service that reflects the AD Air Conditioning standard.
Develop Long-Term Growth StrategiesHelp shape the company’s future through strategic planning, process improvements, and scalable operational systems.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of HVAC service management or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop service teams
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, scheduling, and operational performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of customer service and sales-driven service operations
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
