• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, identifying issues and delivering effective solutions both residential and commercial.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers about their HVAC needs and service options — and earn commission for the solutions you recommend
• Mentor and train junior technicians as a senior voice on the team, with a path toward a Lead Tech role
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred
• NATE certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of professional HVAC service and repair experience, including recent hands-on residential service. Commercial-only, installation-only, property-maintenance-only, or classroom-only experience does not meet this requirement.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  Valid California driver's license per company policy
• EPA certification a plus
• Minimum 5 years of professional HVAC service and repair experience, including recent hands-on residential service. Commercial-only, installation-only, property-maintenance-only, or classroom-only experience does not meet this requirement.
