The People Concern is seeking a Support Specialist for our 100% onsite Interim Housing program in Santa Monica. You will be the first point of contact for clients, monitor safety, and support recovery-oriented services for individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges.
You will conduct facility walk-throughs, lead engaging activities, document accurately in HMIS, and collaborate with a care team to promote stability and progress toward housing.
