Step Up seeks a Service Coordinator to support the Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) for DHS housing opportunities. You will coordinate project-based staff, assist with crisis intervention, and liaise with DMH and property management to ensure service delivery.
You will maintain client files, manage caseloads, and document services in HMIS/Clarity/CHAMP while onboarding new staff and supporting lease-up processes for tenants.
