We’re looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager to support our Platform and API teams at Healthie. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the growth and scalability of our platform infrastructure and API while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and efficiency of Healthie’s core systems.

The Engineering Manager will focus on managing and scaling the Platform/API team's initiatives, which include overseeing the development and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and developer experience tooling & resources. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions that support Healthie’s growth and long-term vision.

This is a full-time, hybrid position located in our NYC HQ or LA office.

The base salary for this role is $180,000-$200,000 per year.

U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

You have 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role focused on platform engineering or Dev Ops (bonus for experience in healthcare tech).

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse, non-technical audiences.

You have a proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, setting clear goals and driving performance while maintaining a focus on scalability and reliability.

You excel at building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, leading with influence, and motivating engineers to achieve high performance and deliver results.
