We currently process over $45 million in transactions each month and are expanding rapidly. Our mission is to modernize an old industry by combining the reliability of traditional trading systems with the innovation of cutting‑edge technology.

• Lead and own critical features and subsystems end-to-end – from design to deployment, making key technical decisions, setting priorities, and delivering fast without sacrificing quality.
• Build, maintain, and scale our marketplace backend, including order matching / order‑book logic, concurrency, correctness, speed, transaction flows, payments, reconciliation, and ensuring data integrity, auditability, and resilience.
• Build and refine our frontend/UI/UX using Type Script + Next.js, translating designer UX flows into high‑quality components, optimizing performance (SSR vs client‑side, code splitting, lazy loading, etc.).
• Work deeply with Postgre
  
  SQL: data modeling, query optimization, indexing, schema design, and ensuring performance as data and load grow.
• Develop and improve internal tools (“Nimbus”) for accounting, logistics, operations dashboards, fraud detection, monitoring, etc.
• Lead small teams or mentor other developers by providing code reviews, unblocking teammates, and setting best practices.
• Drive process improvements, technical architecture, testing strategy, and observability; be hands‑on in incidents or urgent problems.

• Have 3+ years of full‑stack engineering experience (or equivalent), especially in startup or fast‑paced environments.
• Are comfortable leading yourself and others – owning features/systems, guiding teammates, and making decisions.
• Are hands‑on: you write and ship code, prototype, fix bugs, and also think about architecture and scalability.
• Strong front‑end experience with Type Script + Next.js, good eye for UX/UI, performance, and accessibility.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js (or similar) and Postgre
  
  SQL, comfortable designing schemas, writing efficient queries, and handling transactions and consistency.
• Excellent problem solver: you understand trade‑offs between speed, maintainability, architecture, and are pragmatic.
• Good communicator: able to translate business, operations, and design needs into technical work and explain trade‑offs.
• Self‑driven, independent, and willing to ask for feedback when needed.

• Experience building marketplaces, matching engines, or financial/trading systems.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, or UI frameworks.
• Experience with scaling backend services, optimization, monitoring, and observability.
