The RoleAXS is see king a Senior Frontend Engineer focused on our Design System
. You'll drive the development of scalable, reusable UI components and contribute to a consistent design language across our digital products. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to build a shared Frontend foundation that enhances productivity and user experience across teams.
- Build our company‑wide Design System
, component library, and Frontend platform architecture. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs into reusable React components in React
. - Work cross-functionally with product teams to ensure consistency and performance across the Frontend.
- Establish and maintain coding standards, documentation, and tooling to support the adoption and scalability of the design system.
- Mentor engineers on Frontend best practices, accessibility, performance, and modular design.
- Drive the Frontend technical strategy for internal tools and external user-facing applications, ensuring alignment with broader engineering goals.
- Champion a strong focus on developer experience (DX),
design consistency
, and accessibility (a11y).
- Deep expertise in Type Script ,
React
, HTML
, and CSS
. - Proven experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries (e.g., via Storybook
, Figma integration
, tokens, theming). - Experience integrating with design tools like Figma and collaborating directly with designers.
- Familiarity with Frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- Passion for clean, modular, maintainable code and an eye for visual and interaction details.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards
, responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility. - Comfortable leading architecture discussions and working with engineers of all levels.
- Familiarity with Frontend CI/CD pipelines, documentation tools, and component bundlers (e.g., Rollup, Tsup, etc).
- Experience with design token pipelines.
