The Los Angeles Dodgers are seeking a detail‑driven and highly motivated IT Application Development Fellow to support, develop, and maintain applications for the organization. This 5‑month fellowship is 100% in‑person/onsite and combines 80% in‑department work, 15% cross‑functional project experience, and 5% additional programming.
Duties / Responsibilities- Develop, test, and deploy intuitive software that meets the company’s needs.
- Actively engage in utilizing best practices for application and software development.
- Prepare documentation and education needed for software maintenance and utilization.
- Collaborate closely with team members and communicate roadblocks effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or three to five years of related experience.
- Knowledge of agile development cycle and skills in design tools like Figma.
- Strong grasp of Python, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Java, SQL, Linux CLI.
- Current student with graduation date December 2025/January 2026 or within one year post‑graduation.
- Graduated from undergrad or graduate school with no more than a 2‑year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate school.
- Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the program from March to August 2026.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Passionate about working for a professional sports team.
- Proactive and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
Additional program information:
- The fellowship consists of 80% in‑department work, 15% cross‑functional project experience, and 5% additional programming.
- Fellows collaborate on real business projects in small cross‑functional groups under a dedicated manager.
- The program is 100% in‑person/onsite.
