We're currently focused on streaming immersive classes through our digital platform from our studios in San Francisco and Venice to a growing global audience. Open is supported by Founders Fund (Keith Rabois), Susa, LVMH (Miyuki Matsumoto), Coatue (Arielle Zuckerberg), Slow, SV Angel, Maveron, Jack Dorsey, Adrian Aoun, Ben Rubin (House party), and more.

As a Fullstack Engineer and early team member, you'll own features end-to-end across our web platform, building immersive mindfulness experiences for our global audience.

• Ship products that define the future of mindful practice and community
• Own features across frontend and backend
• Design reliable, scalable software
• Collaborate with Design to implement fluid, intuitive interfaces

• 2-4 yrs experience
• Proficiency in Type Script, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node, and No
  
  SQL databases
• Fluency with AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
• Passion for building projects from scratch
• Eagerness to work autonomously
• Bias toward shipping fast and iteratively
• Obsession with beautiful design and interfaces
• Experience with Vue or Firebase is a plus
