The VP of Applications for Debt & Equity will manage systems and applications for portfolio management, asset management, and originations. The role focuses on optimizing workflows for debt and equity deals, ensuring data accuracy, and driving technology improvements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

• Oversee debt and equity management applications, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
• Standardize operational models for deal workflows, integrating internal and external data sources.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to streamline portfolio management and asset management systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Supervise business analysts supporting technology implementations.

• Minimum of 8 years in business applications leadership, preferably in real estate or financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of debt management applications (e.g., Backshop, RealINSIGHT, Pereview, Argus).
• Proficiency in SQL, data governance, and integration technologies (ETL, SOAP/REST API).
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
