• Proficient in Java, Python, JavaScript/Type Script, or Node.js – 5+ years of experience
• Front‑end Framework and Design Hand‑off Tool experience – 5+ years of experience. Front‑end examples:
  React, Angular, or Vue.js. Design Hand‑off Tool example:
  Figma Inspect
• Deep expertise in back‑end frameworks – 5+ years of experience. Example framework:
  Spring Boot. Looking for modular, maintainable microservices that interact via event‑driven architectures (using AWS Lambda, SQS, Fargate, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

• Experience with Waterfall methodologies

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

• Design & development: build end‑to‑end software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks; architect scalable, robust systems with focus on long‑term maintainability and performance; drive the full software development lifecycle from concept to production deployment and continuous improvement
• Collaboration:
  
  work closely with cross‑functional pods to understand challenges and problem‑solve technology‑driven solutions; embrace agile practices by iteratively refining user stories; actively engage in discussions to break down user stories into meaningful, value‑driven slices; drive continuous improvement of engineering practices
• Quality & performance: write clean, efficient, well‑documented code with emphasis on automated testing and CI; monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements; maintain and improve existing codebases using modern practices
• Continuous learning: embrace continuous learning mindset—master AWS serverless, modern front‑end frameworks, data analytics, and Dev Ops best practices while engaging in agile collaboration

Soft Skills

• Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross‑functional teams

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, related technical field or related work experience
