The Role:

Seeking a software engineer to build and scale AI-driven automation systems for industrial operations. This role involves working on high-throughput, real-time applications, backend architecture, and seamless integrations with enterprise systems.

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python, Postgre
  
  SQL, Redis, and Celery
• Build intuitive front-end interfaces with React and Next.js
• Develop real-time data processing pipelines for manufacturing and logistics
• Work on product ionizing LLM workflows and AI-driven automation
• Optimize system performance and reliability at scale

• A bachelors' or above degree from a well reputed school with a focus on Computer Science
• 2-6 years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend development experience, particularly in distributed systems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software is a plus
• Track record of excellence and a strong ability to execute in high-ownership environments

$130,000 - $190,000 a year

Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with level of experience.
