We are seeking a dynamic Consulting Integration Developer to join our Tech Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology, specifically with Acute Inpatient Hospital Experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technologies and to drive the integration of our systems to deliver seamless, high‑quality services to our clients.

• Develop and implement integration solutions for our clients, ensuring the seamless operation of various systems and technologies.
• Analyze current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including IT, software development, and healthcare professionals, to understand their needs and translate them into effective integration strategies.
• Use your understanding of Acute Inpatient Hospital systems to ensure our solutions meet the specific needs of this environment.
• Conduct regular system tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our integrated systems.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and developments in healthcare technology, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our systems and processes.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and team members on complex integration issues, contributing to the overall knowledge and expertise of our team.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on system integration and healthcare technology.
• Proven experience in Acute Inpatient Hospital systems, with a deep understanding of the specific requirements and challenges of this environment.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in various programming languages and knowledge of integration platforms and technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest industry trends and developments.
