• Cost of AI tooling : rationalized — fewer point tools, more leveraged in-house infrastructure

• 2-4 years of technical experience or real world vibe coding
• Python proficiency; hands-on building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, or custom)
• Experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and API integrations
• Comfortable with SQL, basic data engineering, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector)
• Has shipped at least one production AI workflow used by non-technical users at a prior company
• Business-fluent: can sit with a recruiter or M&A analyst, understand their workflow, and ship a useful tool within 1-2 weeks
• AI-fluent on current frontier tools (Claude, GPT-4/5, Gemini) — not just an “AI enthusiast”
• LA-based; no visa sponsorship
