License Link Up is an innovative US-based Prop Tech startup building a smarter way for real estate professionals to connect, collaborate and expand their business nationwide.

Our platform connects licensed real estate brokers and professionals, helping them access trusted local expertise, collaborate across state borders and pursue opportunities beyond their existing networks.

We have developed an operational web platform and are now entering an exciting phase of product enhancement, AI integration and growth.

We're looking for a talented and entrepreneurial engineering graduate with strong AI development capabilities to help us build what's next.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founders and our existing technical team to develop new features, improve the platform and introduce intelligent automation.

Unlike a traditional graduate role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, take ownership of defined projects and see your work make a tangible impact on a real-world business.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have already built AI-powered applications, agents or automated workflows and are excited about applying emerging technologies to solve practical business problems.

• AI-powered functionality:
  Develop and integrate AI agents and intelligent workflows to automate platform processes.
• Deal Requirements Board:
  Help build a new feature that enables real estate professionals to post, search and receive relevant transaction opportunities, including AI-assisted data extraction and matching.
• Full-stack development:
  Support improvements and new functionality across our existing web application.
• Matching and search:
  Enhance the way brokers discover relevant professionals, opportunities and services.
• Workflow automation:
  Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Platform optimization:
  Assist with troubleshooting, testing, integrations and ongoing performance improvements.
• Product innovation:
  Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications that improve the user experience.

• Strong practical experience with AI technologies, LLMs and API integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building web applications.
• Understanding of full-stack development, databases and REST APIs.
• Experience developing AI agents, automation tools or intelligent workflows.
• Ability to work with existing codebases and collaborate with other developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and the ability to work independently.
• A portfolio or Git Hub repository demonstrating real projects.

• Experience with Django and React or comparable frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL and Git-based development workflows.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, Lang Chain, Lang Graph or similar AI development frameworks.
• Knowledge of data extraction, document processing, semantic search or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Cursor or Claude Code.
• Interest in Prop Tech, SaaS platforms or early-stage startups.
