We are seeking an experienced Programmer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform development. This hybrid role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications and system solutions while ensuring software quality, performance, and security compliance.
- Develop and maintain applications within Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Design and build Power Apps, Power Pages, Portals, and model-driven applications
- Develop workflows and process automation using Power Automate
- Design UI/UX mockups and prototypes using Just In Mind
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and support implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and programming
- At least 3 years of lead experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Power Pages and Power Apps
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Liquid
- Power Automate
- Responsive web application development
- Hybrid work environment
- Live Scan (fingerprinting) required during onboarding
