Hours: Part-time, Flexible Schedule – Swim Instructor weekdays 15‑30 hours a week, Lifeguard weekends 3‑10 hours a week

Pay: Independent Contractor, $26 per 30 min individual class (add‑ons for group classes or longer sessions). $26 per hour for Lifeguarding
We are looking for swim instructors and lifeguards who can travel to our clients’ homes to provide high‑quality swim classes and pool‑party safety. We seek individuals who are motivated, communicative, adaptive, and dedicated to being part of the Sun Rays Swim Academy Team.

Qualifications – SWIM INSTRUCTOR- 18 years or older
- Prior swimming experience (e.g., college swim team, swim coach, swim instructor)
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Class C license and car (required to drive to clients’ homes)
- Flexible schedule (preferred weekdays 3‑6 pm)
- Interpersonal skills – regular communication with clients/families/parents
- Experience working with kids (e.g., babysitting, tutoring, daycare assistant); majority of students are children from toddlers to preteens
- Time‑management skills – responsible for own schedule and teaching times
- 18 years or older
- 1–2 years lifeguarding experience
- Class C license and car (required to drive to clients’ homes)
