Overview

Provado Mobile Healthcare provides on-demand transportation services for health plan members to and from medical appointments. Mobile Care Pros use their own vehicles as independent contractors to serve a network of transportation needs for app-based or scheduled healthcare services.

• Transport members to and from medical appointments as assigned and scheduled.
• Operate with prescheduled, standing order trips and recurring appointments where applicable.
• Offer flexible scheduling; drivers can create their own hours, typically Monday through Friday.
• Serve as an independent contractor; drivers are paid per loaded mile with weekly direct deposit.

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver s license for at least 2 years.
• Owner of a clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition. Your vehicle will need to pass a Provado inspection.
• Clean driving record with no more than one violation or at fault accident within the last 3 years. No DUIs or suspensions within the last 5 years.
• Must pass a drug screen (including marijuana).
• Must pass a complete criminal background check. No felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years.
• Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or be willing to obtain one).
• Complete and pass a CPR certification course (30–90 minutes).
• Complete and pass the CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training course (30–90 minutes).
• Complete and pass NSC s Driver Safety Course online (2–3 hours).
• Independent contractor (1099).

• Insurance:
  Provado Mobile Healthcare provides $1 million in primary commercial liability insurance while health plan members are in the vehicle; you must carry your own personal auto insurance.
• Compensation:
  Earnings are paid weekly via direct deposit; drivers are paid for every member loaded mile.
