Bus Driver ; CDL

Overview

Zūm is calling for talent to join our team of passionate people, who are transforming student transportation. As a school bus driver at Zūm, you will play an essential role in our local communities by providing safe and reliable transportation for students, using a combination of industry-standard tools and Zūm's proprietary platform.

• Operate vehicles safely, following regulations and company procedures
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues
• Maintain scheduled routes and timely performance
• Manage student behavior and ensure passenger safety

• Minimum age: 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
• For certified drivers:
  Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and CA School Bus certificate (DL45) + 3 years CDL experience
• For non-certified drivers:
  Valid driver's license + 3 years driving experience
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
• Will ingness to obtain CDL - Training provided for Non-CDL
