Domino's Pizza hires many drivers because our pizza provides a convenient dinner solution for families across the nation. We offer a flexible schedule that lets you work the hours you want, giving you time for school, friends, or a side job.

• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Must possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all equipment in the store.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Participate in orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills to give correct instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Apply basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.

Many team members start as delivery drivers and go on to become Domino's franchise owners or managers. Opportunities for growth include management, general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations management.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas, with sudden temperature changes.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Work in cramped quarters such as walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Require standing for most tasks, walking short distances, and occasional climbing of stairs or ladders for maintenance.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, unloading with hand truck, stacking onto shelves up to 72 high.
• Carrying: large cans (≈3.75 lbs), pizza sauce (≈30 lbs), trays of dough (~12 lbs each) over short distances.
• Pushing: moving trays on dollies (≈24‑30 trays, force up to 7.5 lbs) and pulling trays.
