Support our West Coast operations by coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth cargo flow through LA/Long Beach ports.
Responsibilities- Coordinate LCL and FCL ocean shipments
- Prepare and process shipping documentation
- Track shipments and provide status updates to clients
- Coordinate with trucking companies for local delivery
- Resolve shipping issues and delays proactively
- Maintain accurate records in our TMS system
- 2-4 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Knowledge of ocean shipping and port operations
- Familiarity with customs documentation and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
