You’ll earn 55–60.5 CPM (base + mileage bonus) with a $500 transition bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days, plus detention, layover and extra stop pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision after 90 days, a 401(k) match up to 6%, and paid orientation with paid vacation.
