Lux 18 Warehouse Associate Position

Lux 18 is a creative fashion agency that helps brands expand their presence through retail, marketing and global distribution. In addition, we work with specialty, department and off-price retailers as their sourcing and buying arm. We are located in Los Angeles, California.

We are searching for a hard-working, detail oriented Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for order intake and fulfillment, including wholesale and direct to consumer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining the cleanliness/organization of the warehouse. You will be responsible for handling the day-to-day processing of orders from start to finish.

• Responsible for ensuring accuracy of order packing and fulfillment
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy of inventory including intake of new shipments and maintaining on hand inventory
• Act as expert on all aspects of order fulfillment
• Keep up to date records of packing slips, shipments received, shipments outbound
• Keep accurate inventory and organization of inventory in warehouse
• Participate in cross-functional projects that are intended to scale the business and streamline the order management workflow
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge

• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• Familiarity with streetwear products and brands is a plus
• Well-organized; able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while working autonomously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent counting and math skills
• Thrives in a startup environment and shows initiative for added responsibility
• Experience in Business, Management, and Supply Chain
• Experience with computers, Shopify, Shipstation, and Outlook or comparable software
