Job DescriptionSilvus Technologies is dedicated to one mission: connecting those who keep us safe. We do so by delivering the most advanced Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) radios powered by our custom and ever‑evolving Mobile‑Networked MIMO waveform. Together, our radios and waveform provide the vital communications for mission‑critical applications in the harshest environments from underground tunnels to high‑altitude balloons. Silvus Stream Caster® radios are being rapidly adopted by customers all over the world ranging from the U.S. Departments of Defense, to International, Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies, all the way to the Super Bowl, Grammys and industry‑leading drone, robot, and other unmanned systems manufacturers.
RoleAnd Responsibilities
- Perform daily material delivery and pickup between the Stockroom, Production stations, Quality, and Shipping areas.
- Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on customer cancellations, change orders, or shipping schedule shifts.
- Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, Shipping and Production teams.
- Support Production by ushering electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between suites and stations throughout the facility.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure all materials are properly issued, tracked, and documented.
- Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions in the system.
- Support inventory accuracy through participation in weekly cycle counts, month‑end and year‑end physical inventory counts and audits.
- Ensure adherence to ESD and material handling protocols to prevent damage or contamination.
- Assist in other production support or logistics duties as assigned by Production leadership.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience, with a preference for handling electronic components, printed circuit board assemblies, and accessories.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated, with strong initiative, sound judgment, and excellent follow‑through skills.
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Dependable and positive with a team‑oriented attitude.
- NOTE – Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
- All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.
Physical Requirements
- Office environment.
- Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves.
- Kneeling or squatting to access lower shelves.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when receiving incoming part shipments.
This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday from 4:30am‑12:30pm at Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.
CompensationCA Pay Range: $20 – $22 Hourly Rate USD
