• Perform daily material delivery and pickup between the Stockroom, Production stations, Quality, and Shipping areas.
• Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on customer cancellations, change orders, or shipping schedule shifts.
• Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, Shipping and Production teams.
• Support Production by ushering electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between suites and stations throughout the facility.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure all materials are properly issued, tracked, and documented.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements and transactions in the system.
• Support inventory accuracy through participation in weekly cycle counts, month‑end and year‑end physical inventory counts and audits.
• Ensure adherence to ESD and material handling protocols to prevent damage or contamination.
• Assist in other production support or logistics duties as assigned by Production leadership.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience, with a preference for handling electronic components, printed circuit board assemblies, and accessories.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated, with strong initiative, sound judgment, and excellent follow‑through skills.
• Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Dependable and positive with a team‑oriented attitude.
• NOTE – Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
• All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.

• Office environment.
• Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves.
• Kneeling or squatting to access lower shelves.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when receiving incoming part shipments.

This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday from 4:30am‑12:30pm at Silvus Technologies’ HQ in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles.

CA Pay Range: $20 – $22 Hourly Rate USD
