Warehouse Clerk

We are seeking dependable Warehouse Clerks for a contract/temporary opportunity in Los Angeles, CA, supporting warehouse operations and seasonal event preparation for a nonprofit charitable organization. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, logistics, or event support experience. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will help prepare inventory, materials, pallets, bins, and event supplies for a high-volume seasonal distribution initiative.

• Sort, count, unpack, and organize inventory, product cases, and warehouse materials.
• Prepare pallets, bins, and supplies by shrink wrapping, labeling, staging, and organizing items for distribution.
• Assist with assembling shelving, displays, and event-related setup materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work area.
• Support seasonal distribution preparation and assist with an off-site event on 12/16/2026.
• Work closely with warehouse and event teams to ensure materials are accurate, ready, and properly staged.

• Pay: $19.00 per hour.

  Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

• Support warehouse preparation for seasonal distribution activities.
• Sort, count, label, organize, and stage inventory.
• Assist with product handling, pallet preparation, and event setup support.
• Attend and support an off-site event on 12/16/2026.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, unpack, organize, and stage warehouse products and materials.
• Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail when counting, labeling, sorting, and organizing inventory.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow the assigned schedule.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to assist with warehouse and event-related needs.

• Prior experience supporting seasonal distribution, nonprofit events, community events, or high-volume warehouse projects.
• Experience with pallet wrapping, labeling, staging, or inventory organization.
• Ability to adapt between warehouse duties and event support tasks as needed.
