UPS is excited to announce that the Day sort is opening soon – October 5th, 2026.

Training is provided so that you are familiar with the job ahead of the Day sort opening.

Training is scheduled during the twilight sort for a few weeks before transitioning to the official Day sort hours.

Please Note: Dates and times are subject to change.

TRAINING for Day sort ONLY (October 5 - October 26, 2026)

Monday – Friday 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM (approximate shift hours)

Day sort ONLY (starting November 2, 2026)

Monday – Friday 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM (approximate shift hours)

All other sorts will work normal hours.

UPS Warehouse workers also known as package handlers, many of our warehouse workers load/unload packages in and out of UPS trailers or our signature brown trucks. Others sort packages to ensure they make it to the right destination. They are a collaborative, energetic team- and they enjoy fast-paced work.

What you’ll need:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs

• Stamina – this is a workout like no other!

The base pay for this position is $21.00/hour
