We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to support daily operations, guide the warehouse team, and help ensure orders are completed accurately, safely, and on time. This role is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who is ready to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

As Warehouse Lead, you will assist the Warehouse Supervisor with day-to-day operations, assign and coordinate work, and support the team in delivering outstanding service to internal customers.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for products, materials, and supplies.
• Direct product flow and execute the daily shipping plan on schedule.
• Assign work, communicate priorities, and help ensure the team follows established procedures.
• Partner with logistics, customer service, service providers, customers, carriers, vendors, and drivers.
• Track outgoing shipments, update manifests and order status, and confirm picking and shipping requirements are completed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure pallets are tracked according to company policy.
• Monitor labor efficiency, team member accountability, and safe work practices.
• Complete daily labor activity logs and warehouse total quality management checklists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, team member-ready work area.
• Provide backup support to the Warehouse Supervisor and department as needed.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Three years of forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least one year of experience leading a team.
• Current forklift certification.
• Experience with M3 System and Factory Track.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attendance record, organization, initiative, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
