Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

The Finance Product organization builds platforms that enable Netflix’s global Finance teams to plan, manage, and optimize financial performance across the business.

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise‑grade revenue and operating expense (OPEX) planning systems that power financial operations and decision making across Netflix. This role focuses on building scalable data, analytics, and AI‑driven platform capabilities used by Finance teams across Ads, Games, People Cost, Corporate, and Content.

You will shape end‑to‑end planning workflows spanning ads supply and demand forecasting, headcount scenario modeling, and P&L performance insights. You will deliver intuitive and reliable systems that improve financial accuracy, strengthen operational rigor, and enable strategic trade‑offs at scale.

Partnering closely with Finance, Engineering, Design, and Data Science, you will build enterprise planning tools designed for the speed, scale, and complexity of global media and entertainment. These systems will drive financial accountability while preserving the creative flexibility required to support thousands of productions worldwide.

  • Lead a team of stunning colleagues across design, engineering, and data science to deliver outstanding products to our customers.
  • Build business cases and measure the impact of your product innovation.
As the Product Manager on the Production Finance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with Finance, Content, and Business Product teams to break down complex finance and production workflows, leveraging a combination of purpose‑built technology and best‑in‑class third‑party solutions to deliver scalable, intuitive, and highly reliable internal platforms.
  • Developing and driving a roadmap that balances prioritizing the highest‑impact opportunities for the business with cross‑functional partner needs.
