• Assist customers in selecting frames that suit their style and needs
• Help fit, adjust, and dispense eyewear and contact lenses
• Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and lens technology
• Work with top eyewear brands to offer the best solutions for our patients
• Provide exceptional customer service to create an enjoyable experience
• Submit claims for VSP, Eyemed
• Contact lens training and dispensing

• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about eyewear
• Ability to connect with patients and understand their unique needs
• Experience in dispensing eyewear and fitting contact lenses (preferred)
• A passion for fashion trends in the eyewear industry
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
• Experience with Nex Tech, Compulink, Eyefinity, and Eyemed
