• Patient Evaluation:
  Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning:
  Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, incorporating evidence‑based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions:
  Implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation:
  Using Raintree, maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.

  Explain rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and prevention strategies to patients and their families.
• Progress Monitoring:
  Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Professional Development:
  Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices through continuing education.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
