We are looking for an Associate Attorney to manage complex employment and medical litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, origination fees, bonuses, and professional development opportunities.

• Manage complex employment and medical litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California (at least 4 years of experience as an attorney).
• Strong management skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Significant experience in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions.
• Experience in presenting arguments in Court.
• 3+ years of experience in Civil Litigation.
